Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 30, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skyline Cleaning Services LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a New York-based provider of residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services. By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We offer professional cleaning including standard, deep, post-construction, window, carpet, and office cleaning. All work is performed by background-checked, insured professionals using commercial-grade, eco-friendly products.

2. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings confirmed upon payment or deposit.

Cancellation: Free with 48 hours notice. <48 hours: 50% fee. <24 hours: full charge.

Arrival windows may shift due to prior jobs; we notify you immediately.

3. Pricing & Payment

Transparent, upfront pricing includes labor, supplies, and travel within service area.

Payment via credit card, ACH, or digital wallet at booking or completion.

Stripe processes all payments securely (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store full card details.

Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Provide safe access (keys, codes, or on-site presence).

Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.

Disclose hazards (mold, pests, structural damage).

Arrange parking or provide instructions.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Not fully satisfied? Notify us within 24 hours — we’ll re-clean affected areas free within 72 hours.

6. SMS Communications (Full A2P / TCPA / CTIA / 10DLC Compliance)

We may send SMS for:

Confirmations

Arrival alerts

Post-service surveys

Promotions (only with prior express written consent)

A2P Compliance Requirements Met:

All SMS sent via 10DLC-registered, TCR-approved campaigns.

Transactional SMS: Consent given by providing your number during booking.

Marketing SMS: Requires prior express written consent (e.g., “I agree to receive promotional texts from Skyline Cleaning Services LLC” via digital checkbox + double opt-in confirmation text).

Every message includes: Sender: Skyline Cleaning Reply STOP to unsubscribe Reply HELP for support Brief content description

Frequency: 1–3 per booking; max 4/month for marketing.

Standard carrier rates apply.

No SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco).

No autodialing for marketing without written consent.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP → one confirmation → no further marketing texts. Transactional messages may continue.

Re-Opt-In: Text START or contact us.

7. Liability & Insurance

We carry $2M general liability insurance.

Not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or undisclosed conditions.

Liability capped at service cost.

You assume risk for unsecured items.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and branding are owned by Skyline Cleaning Services LLC and protected under U.S. law.

9. Termination

We may refuse or terminate service for non-payment, safety issues, or policy violations.

10. Governing Law

Governed by New York law. Disputes resolved in New York County courts.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Changes posted with new effective date. Continued use = acceptance.
